Your Role As a consultant, you’ll contribute to digital and operational transformation projects with a strong focus on supply chain excellence in Life Sciences. You’ll collaborate with clients in pharma, biotech, and medtech to deliver impactful solutions across the value chain. Project Delivery Implement digital tools and platforms (e.g. SAP, LIMS, MES, WMS, TMS) to optimize supply chain processes in regulated environments Analyze supply chain data to improve performance metrics such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and lead times Support initiatives in planning, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity standards throughout digital implementations Identify direct and indirect cost drivers and propose cost-reduction measures that maintain quality and ensure uninterrupted supply. Client Engagement Act as a trusted advisor, identifying operational challenges and proposing tailored digital supply chain solutions Bridge the gap between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational needs Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, IT) Team Collaboration Work closely with data analysts, IT specialists, and process engineers Contribute to innovative, sustainable deliverables within cross-functional teams Your Profile Master’s degree in Engineering, Bioengineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or Business Analytics 1–5 years of experience in consulting, supply chain, IT, or digital transformation within Life Sciences Fluent in English and Dutch Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GxP, FDA , EMA ) Experience with project management or Agile methodologies is a plus Passionate about innovation, technology, and healthcare impact What Avertim Offers A dynamic environment where ideas and individuals matter A young, vibrant, and fast-growing team Access to a European network of cross-industry expertise Continuous learning and career development opportunities A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience
