ConsultANZ is looking for 3x Bid Managers to join a top-tier civil construction company based in Auckland. This is a great opportunity to be part of a leading team, managing end-to-end bid processes for major civil infrastructure projects. You'll lead the preparation of high-quality bids, working closely with estimators, writers, and technical experts to deliver successful submissions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage full tender processes, including EOIs, SIAs, and proposalsLead bid strategy and ensure high-quality, on-time submissionsCoordinate input from various internal teamsSupport continuous improvement of tender processesBuild strong relationships with clients and industry partnersREQUIREMENTS:
