In close collaboration with the global team, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and engage in a diverse range of strategic initiatives — from advisory projects for both corporates and startups to open innovation and acceleration programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Startup sourcing and qualification: identification of emerging technologies and bold, high-potential solutions to join the Starburst ecosystemStrategic analyses & market studies: sector trends, competitive landscape, market sizing, market entry strategies, and diversification opportunitiesBusiness model & innovation: assessment of innovation portfolios, definition of new business models, and analysis of product–market fit and value propositions for innovative solutionStartup support: assistance in refining business plans, preparing for fundraising, and facilitating connections with potential clients, partners, and investorsOpen innovation projects: technology scouting, ad hoc studies, organization of selection committees, private pitch sessions, and other international events.From a well-ranked engineering or business schoolA futurist and familiar with the ecosystem of startupsA team player but capable of working independentlyFluent in English & German2 recruitment rounds with members of the consulting team and the innovation teama fit section (discussion about your background and your motivation to join us)a business case section (an oral case study exercise in a practical scenario)
