Duties and responsibilitiesIndependently conduct primary research by connecting and interviewing experts from target companies and other relevant parties Independently conduct secondary research through multiple sources with regard to the macro economy, industry, and target company, etc.Draft discussion guide for different interviewees basing on specific requirements and objectives of the projectAssist Project Manager in project planning, briefing, researching, modeling and data validationPrepare and draft executive summaries as well as comprehensive research reports in English Liaise with investment banks or private equity clients to address their queries and follow up with their comments if necessaryQualificationsSolid academic backgroundBachelor degree or above from a top school is a must. MBA or post-graduate degree from a top school would be a plus, excellent fresh graduates are also consideredStrong quantitative analysis skillProven analytical and problem solving abilities, superb communication skill and strong team spirits are essentialFluent English speaking and writing is a must
