Position Type: Part-Time / Contract (Approx. 3–4 Hours per Month)Overview:We are seeking a licensed audiologist to serve as a consulting professional providing remote oversight and compliance review exclusively for OVR and VA Community Care program documentation.This position is strictly administrative and compliance-focused — it does not involve direct patient care, hearing aid fittings, or clinical service. The consulting audiologist will review, verify, and sign off on audiometric testing and related reports prepared by our staff. Most work can be completed remotely, with occasional in-office visits for compliance reviews, audits, or quality assurance purposes (rarely anticipated).Responsibilities:Review audiometric test results, patient records, and reports for completeness and accuracy.Verify and sign off on all OVR and VA Community Care documentation only.Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and professional standards.Communicate with staff to confirm documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies.Participate in occasional on-site reviews or compliance audits as required by OVR or VA.Qualifications:Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology.Active Pennsylvania Audiology License (required).Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Reliable, professional, and comfortable with both remote and limited on-site work.Should live within driving distance of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for occasional in-office work if needed (rarely anticipated).Compensation:Flat monthly minimal rate: $320 (covers up to up to 4 hours of review work per month).Additional hours: $80 per hour if extra review time is required.Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, workload, and compliance demands.Work Location:Primarily remote (work from home).Occasional in-person visits may be scheduled for compliance or audit reviews related to OVR or VA Community Care documentation (rarely anticipated).
