IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI implementation projections, experience with actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes is required. Senior Manager You oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialized knowledge, driving excellence in team deliverables, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders. Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive experience delivering consulting services in any of the following areas: Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including, coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members. Experience directly supporting business growth, managing large-scale client engagements, and with practice management.
Experience working on large scale projects utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other targeted sectors. Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI implementation projections, experience with actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes is required. All candidates must have demonstrated skills in client service and project management relevant to the role.
