[Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.]JOB DESCRIPTION EXECUTIVO DE EVENTOS (On-Premise)O Executivo de Eventos é responsável pelas vendas, presença e execução da nossa linha de produtos no segmento de eventos.Descritivo da Função:Responsável pela prospecção de eventos para ativação das marcas e sell-out dos produtos da Bacardi através da negociação de patrocínios e condições comerciais, obedecendo os objetivos de volume e investimento da Regional, a fim de entregar um Retorno sobre Investimento positivo e em linha com o planejamento anual, bem como cumprir com procedimentos internos relacionados a contratos, acordos, pagamentos, pedidos, políticas e quaisquer outros que sejam relacionados à execução das suas atividades.O profissional irá atuar em três frentes principais, atualmente estabelecidas em:No atingimento da meta de sell-out anual por marca; No gerenciamento do investimento por caixa pré-estabelecido e Na visibilidade e ativação das marcas em cada evento realizadoAtendimento, integração e manutenção de relacionamento extraordinário com os Distribuidores e produtores especializados que componham sua base de clientes, bem como potenciais clientes para prospecção, negociação e realização de eventos.Realizar a gestão correta dos contratos, controle dos patrocínios de eventos, acompanhamento de todo o processo e fluxo de pagamentos, bem como dos materiais promocionais e de visibilidade das marcas nos eventos, conforme estratégia.Reportar dentro do prazo estabelecido as informações de estoque, sell-out, investimento e ativação das marcas do portfólio Bacardi, além de garantir total alinhamento das iniciativas de Eventos com o Time do Canal Indireto responsável pelo cliente.Monitorar as tendências de mercado de Eventos, buscando estar sempre atualizado sobre informações do mercado, gerando planos de ação com base da análise.Quaisquer atividades, escopos, indicadores, descrições, etc., poderão ser alterados a qualquer momento a critério da Bacardi, a depender da estratégia do negócio.LEADERSHIP AGILITYAt Bacardi we care deeply about finding brilliant talent who can bring the following personal attributes to help elevate our 3Fs: Fearless, Family, Founder culture to the next level.Belonging: You have a strong capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can becomeSelf-Awareness: You have high levels of self-awareness, are reflective and know yourself well, understanding both your own strengths and weaknesses and your impact on othersPeople Agility: You bring a deep ability to understand and relate to people and navigate through tough situations to harness and multiply collective performanceResults Agility: You demonstrate consistent delivery of results in first-time situations by inspiring teams, exhibiting a presence that builds confidence in yourself and others.Mental Agility: You can think critically to penetrate complex problems and expand the possibilities by making fresh connections.
