Our teams work across hardware, software, and digital ecosystems to bring innovative technology experiences to life for users worldwide.We are seeking an experienced Channel & Distribution Manager to oversee commercial and operational partnerships across the APAC region. The role is responsible for executing regional distribution strategies, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth product flow from distribution partners to retail channels. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, marketing, finance, and logistics to drive growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage regional distribution and channel strategies aligned with business goals.Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retail partners across APAC.Support commercial negotiations including pricing, volume planning, and key contractual terms.Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability across markets.Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on channel priorities and product launches.Prepare regular business reports and performance presentations for leadership and regional stakeholders.Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply, compliance, or partner performance.Contribute to continuous process improvement and scalability initiatives across the regional distribution network.Support go-to-market readiness for new product launches, ensuring partners are operationally prepared.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.8+ years of experience in channel management, distribution operations, or sales operations within consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail environments.Proven track record managing distributors or retail partners across multiple countries.Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and navigate complex, fast-moving environments.Experience improving operational processes and coordinating across diverse internal teams.Good to HaveRegional experience within APAC markets (India, Japan, Southeast Asia, etc.).Exposure to consumer hardware or connected devices.Experience launching new markets or products through distribution partners.Strong presentation and business case development skills.
