Its smartphones, celebrated for their sleek designs and intuitive features, have become market leaders in several countries, including the Philippines, China, and Southeast Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Research LeadershipLead the design and implementation of end-to-end consumer research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and advanced data analyses.Identify key research objectives and methodologies that align with business priorities and growth opportunities.Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze consumer trends, behaviors, and market dynamics to uncover insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and brand positioning.Provide strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative findings to guide executive decision-making.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to embed consumer insights into campaign planning, customer experience enhancement, and product innovation.Serve as the primary advocate for the voice of the consumer across the organization.Reporting and Insights SharingDevelop and deliver compelling, data-backed reports and presentations for leadership teams to support strategic direction and business performance.Communicate insights in a clear, engaging, and story-driven manner to influence stakeholders at all levels.Innovation in MethodologiesIntroduce and apply cutting-edge tools, techniques, and research frameworks to enhance data accuracy, insight generation, and operational efficiency.Continuously evaluate emerging research technologies and methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of consumer intelligence.Trend AnalysisTrack, analyze, and interpret emerging market and consumer trends, competitor strategies, and category developments to anticipate business opportunities and risks.Job Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics. Experience in the technology or consumer electronics industry is preferred.Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, visualization, and storytelling abilities to effectively convey insights to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, or equivalent platforms.Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring research teams and/or external research agencies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
