Consumer Sales Representative

We are hiring! An established Pharamceutical/FMCG company is looking for energetic and target-driven Consumer Sales Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in the cosmetics and personal care segment.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned sales targets and drive growth within allocated territory.Visit and service assigned retail and wholesale outlets regularly as per route plan.Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat sales.Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at all retail touchpoints.Generate and record daily orders accurately for prompt delivery and replenishment.Identify and recruit new outlets to expand market coverage.Support trade activations, product sampling, and in-store promotions.Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the sales supervisor.Maintain proper records of sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.Provide basic customer support and feedback to improve service deliveryRequirements:Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG (cosmetics/personal care experience is an advantage).Strong knowledge of traditional trade and modern trade channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.Early starter – daily field work must begin no later than 8:30 AM.Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile reporting tools.What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Structured beat plan for effective coverage.Training and support to excel in your role.Opportunity to grow within a reputable company.📩 How to Apply: Send your CV and cover letter to greenlifepharmhr@gmail.com with the subject line: " Consumer Sales Representative".Application Deadline: 14th November, 2025
