Consumer Sales Support Analyst

Job Description: Provide sales support by providing MIS on branch and sales productivity performance. Help in generation and validation of frontline sales productivity scorecards. Resolve issues and disputes raised by frontline sales teams by applying professional judgment when interpreting data and validating results. Ensure sales team are compliant with business regulations, and incentive scheme guidelines.Work with cross functional teams to gather input files on controls and compliance to generate various reports and frontline sales scorecards on sales quality performance. Support new products, promotions, and projects defined by the business Qualifications:Skills:Strong communication skillsKnowledgeable in statistical analysis tools/programming languagesSAS, RStudio, and/or Visual Basic (preferred)Knowledgeable in related industry practices and standardsTools:SAS, RStudio, and/or Visual Basic (preferred)
