Job Description

Responsibilities:Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channelsProvide accurate information about products, services, and company policiesResolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessaryEnsure customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationshipsAchieve individual and team KPIs (AHT, SLA, CSAT, productivity, etc.)Document all customer interactions accurately in the systemFollow company SOPs and service standardsSupport cross-functional coordination to resolve customer issuesQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeExperience in Customer Service / Contact Center is preferredStrong communication skills and clear articulationGood problem-solving and active listening skillsCustomer-oriented with positive attitudeBasic computer literacy and able to operate CRM systemsWilling to work in shiftsTarget-driven and able to work under pressure
