In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.  Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!Contact Center AgentObjective:As Contact Center Agent, you will be providing product and service information, handling customer inquiries, complaints, or issues through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, to ensure customer satisfaction and better customer experience.Having business-mindset you will generate revenue by offering extended warranty, consumable & accessories products to consumer.By providing support, resolving problems and ensuring a positive customer experience, you will be the voice of Electrolux for our Turkish customers.Being the first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate and give guidance to our Aftermarket team.In this role you will report directly to Service Operations Manager.In detail, you will: Answer phones professionally and respond to consumers' inquiries (product, service & spare part information),Acquire detailed knowledge and understand the operation to resolve customer issue and promote good customer experience,Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,Identify cross selling opportunities to promote extended warranty, consumable & accessories products,Close collaboration with internal team – Field Operation, Spare part, Sales & Marketing and Supply chain,Close cooperation with external – authorized service contractor, dealer and logistic company,Support any other ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned related to customer service from time to time.You have:License/ bachelor's degree,Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving skills- you are proactive, solution-oriented, reliable and customer focusedVery strong communication skills-you can listen attentively and provide helpful and clear guidance to customers.Ability to cross-collaborate effectively in a teamCurious mindset, you adapt quickly and learn fastPrevious experience in a corporate environment will be an additional plusFluent Turkish and EnglishWhere you will be: İnci Çıkmazı No:3 İnci Ofis Zemin Kat Daire:6 Altunizade, Üsküdar, İstanbul 34662What we offer:Great team atmosphere, Swedish working culture and ethics, well established global company and a recognized brand,Trainings in the first months on our systems, products and processes,Hybrid working model,Private health insurance,Lunch ticket - 8.000 TRY net,Transportation fee 2.650 TRY gross.Find out more:Electrolux Group: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/lifeatelectroluxPlease submit your CV in English
