Job Description

We’re hiring a Contact Center Agent to join our Contact Center team📍 Location: Dubai💰 Salary: AED 7,000 – 9,000Key Responsibilities:• Manage inbound & outbound calls, emails, chat & social media• Ensure first-call resolution & handle escalations per SLA• Log all interactions in Dynamics 365 accurately• Resolve complaints within defined TAT (24h response / 4h call-back)• Coordinate with internal teams on customer care & handover processesRequirements:• 3–4 years contact center experience (KPI-driven environment)• Bachelor’s degree• CRM proficiency• Fluent in English, Arabic & French (Mandatory)
