You’ll work closely with brand, creative, and performance teams — and you won’t just stay behind the camera 👀We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be front and center too!**Fluent German Required!** What you’ll do:Develop content plans aligned with paid campaignsCreate fun, engaging content around homes, winners, raffles & behind-the-scenesCollaborate with creators & influencers — from micro to nationalBuild and manage creator relationshipsBe the voice of our community — in DMs, comments, and beyondMonitor, track, and report on content performanceMaintain strong visual brand consistencyWhat you bring:Strong feel for trends, sounds, memes, and formatsConfident creating content and showing up on cameraExperience with influencer marketing & content calendarsTools like Canva, CapCut or mobile editors are second natureAesthetic eye & strong storytelling instinctsThis is a full-time, in-house role based in Hamburg with a salary of €65K.
