You’ll turn ideas into narratives that connect with our audience and support our growth during a foundational growth phase. Perfect for someone eager to learn fast, experiment, and grow with a scaling brand.ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging written content across platforms — blogs, website copy, social posts, email campaigns, product descriptions that communicate our brand and mission.Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, draft, and refine content that supports campaigns, launches, and brand growth.Develop content ideas: research topics, generate storylines, and map out content calendars aligned with our goals and audience.Ensure every piece of content reflects our brand voice, tone, and style while adapting to the target audience and channel.Edit and proofread your own work (and sometimes others’) to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and polish.Monitor how content performs (engagement, shares, feedback) and use those insights to iterate and improve.Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behaviour and platform best-practices-then apply those learnings to keep our content fresh and effective.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).1-3 years of writing or content creation experience (internships, agency/freelance work or in-house) - you don’t need to have 10 years of experience for this level.Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills - you can craft clear, engaging, error-free copy in various formats.Familiarity with content marketing, social media platforms, and digital channels. Understanding of SEO, keywords and web audiences is a plus.Ability to adapt tone and style depending on audience or channel (e.g., short social copy vs long-form blog).Self-motivated, organised, able to juggle multiple pieces of content/projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-moving startup environment.Why Join Us?
