Credence Housing Ltd. is looking for Content Creator- Senior Executive / ExecutiveJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are looking for a Creative Content Writer who can develop engaging and impactful content for our brand.Plan, create, and write engaging content across social media, website, blog, email, and offline platforms.Develop creative copy, storytelling posts, scripts, and narratives for campaigns, videos, and events.Collaborate with the brand, design, digital, and PR teams to ensure a cohesive brand tone, language style, and visual identity across all touch points.Produce photo and video content, including short-form videos and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Write and edit advertising copy, press releases, newsletters, outdoor communication, brochures, and project profiles.Research real estate market trends, lifestyle themes, and audience behavior to generate relevant and impactful content ideas.Support SEO and digital marketing efforts through optimized website and blog content.Assist in content strategy development- from concept to execution- aligning all deliverables with campaign and brand objectives.Contribute to brand campaigns, events, and creative initiatives to strengthen overall brand communication and visibility.Proven ability in copywriting, visual storytelling, and developing creative communication across digital and print media.Experience in shooting and editing short videos/reels is highly preferred.Basic understanding of SEO, social media trends, and brand communication strategy.Creative mindset with the ability to think conceptually, visually, and narratively.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining creative quality.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Commerce (BCom) in MarketingBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.Skills Required: Brand Communication, Editing, Copywriting, Print media, Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEO and Digital Marketing, Story telling, Digital Marketing, Writing Skills in Bangla and EnglishExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate,DeveloperJob LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)
