As we build our dynamic team, we are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are ready to shape the future of education in the UAE.About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to lead the development of engaging, informative, and impactful content that supports our organization’s mission and communication strategy. The role involves producing high-quality written, visual, and digital content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice, objectives, and strategic priorities.Responsibilities • Develop and produce creative content (written, visual, and multimedia) for digital platforms, publications, campaigns, and internal communications. • Collaborate with different departments to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate content. • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials across social media, website, newsletters, and other communication channels. • Research and stay updated on trends, best practices, and emerging tools in content creation, storytelling, and digital engagement. • Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s voice, style guidelines, and strategic objectives. • Support marketing and awareness campaigns with creative ideas, scripts, storyboards, and high-impact narratives. • Measure and analyze content performance to continuously improve quality, engagement, and audience reach.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, or a related field. • 6–8 years of professional experience in content creation, digital media, or communications within a relevant sector. • Strong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and platforms. • Experience producing content in both English and Arabic is required. • Previous experience working with government entities or organizations focused on education, early childhood, or social development is an advantage.
