Content Creator & Editor

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, produce, and polish a wide variety of content (written, visual, and multimedia) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals. This role involves ideation, content planning, writing, editing, and collaboration with other teams (e.g. design, marketing, social media).Key Responsibilities:• Plan and manage a content calendar showcasing property listings, new projects, and community highlights.• Research market trends, buyer insights, and competitor strategies to ideate engaging real estate content.• Write and edit compelling copy for property descriptions, brochures, website pages, newsletters, social media, and ad campaigns.• Create or oversee visual and multimedia materials—photos, videos, virtual tours, infographics, and video scripts.• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite ,Canva, and CapCut for design and editing.• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice across all content.• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align content with business objectives.• Attend property viewings and open houses to gather authentic insights and visuals.•Should actively participate in brainstorming & producing in-house viral contentRequired Skills & Qualifications:• Full-time, preferred experience in our industry or with similar target audiences.• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or editing (real estate experience preferred). • Strong storytelling, writing, and proofreading skills. • Good design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.). • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Understanding of social media management and content distribution across digital platforms. • Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.📩 Apply Now and join Chalet International’s growing team.
