The Content Creator will develop, write, and manage content for various digital platforms. Daily tasks include creating engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, and other digital channels. The Content Creator will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, conduct research to understand industry trends, and ensure that content is optimized for SEO.1. Visual Content Creation & Brand NarrativeDevelop creative content ideas that align with FISURA SCARF's brand identity and are relevant across all social media platforms.Create short videos that are engaging, informative, and entertaining to increase brand awareness and engagement.Act as the main on-screen talent, presenting the products and brand stories in a natural, engaging, and trend-aligned manner.Package brand and product narratives into relatable storytelling that is easy for the audience to understand.2. Brand Representation & Communication Style ConsistencyServe as the face and voice of FISURA SCARF across all social media, maintaining a positive and professional image.Follow tone-of-voice and visual branding guidelines to ensure consistent messaging in all content.Display a friendly, inclusive, and inspiring attitude that aligns with the brand values: beauty in simplicity and the empowerment of Muslim women.3. Social Media Management & ActivationUpload content according to the pre-planned posting calendar.Manage interactions across all platforms by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly, warmly, and informatively.Schedule posts, archive content, and ensure all platforms remain active and well-maintained.Optimize platform features such as TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Stories, and Lives to expand audience reach.4. Production Management & Technical ExecutionCollaborate with photographers and videographers to ensure content production quality meets brand standards.Establish an efficient content workflow: idea → short script → record → edit → upload.Be able to perform basic editing independently using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Canva when needed.5. Audience Engagement & GrowthIdentify and leverage relevant content trends on TikTok & Instagram to boost brand visibility.Build close relationships with the audience through daily interactions and active responses to feedback.Develop content ideas that encourage audience participation, such as challenges, Q&A sessions, or interactive posts.6. Performance Evaluation & Content ImprovementMonitor content performance (views, engagement rate, sales conversion) regularly.Provide weekly performance reports on social media activity to the owner.Use data and audience feedback to refine content ideas and strategies for upcoming periods.7. Conversion & Sales SupportCreate content that drives direct purchases, such as usage tutorials, testimonials, or product reviews.Clearly communicate product information (product name, key benefits, price, and how to purchase).Include strong and relevant Call-to-Actions (CTAs) in each piece of content to increase conversion.
