Gordon Ramsay Restaurants are looking for a Content Creator to bring our restaurant brands to life through bold, social-first storytelling. The Content Creator will lead the ideation and production of best-in-class content with a focus on social media but also extending into wider marketing needs.This role is essential to driving an always-on content strategy that engages diverse audiences and builds brand awareness. Collaborating with restaurant and other cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful social media and marketing campaigns that reflect the unique personality of our brands.About the Role: Creative ideationGenerate and pitch creative ideas that align with brand objectives and insightsCraft content that tells engaging stories around our food, people, and experiences, bringing our brands’ personalities to life through authentic storytellingStay ahead of macro social media and food content trends, proactively incorporating them into content to keep it fresh and relevantCreate mood boards and treatments to establish a cohesive look and feel for all contentSupport wider marketing and campaign creative by producing visual assets for email, website, digital advertising, and other channels.Content creationLead the production of high-quality, on-brand multimedia content for social and marketing channels — ensuring it’s adaptable across all digital touchpoints.Take hands-on responsibility for shooting and editing content, from self-produced pieces to collaborations with other cross-functional teamsProvide art direction to ensure a consistent and compelling visual identity that resonates with target audiences across all social platformsRecommend and partner with external talent or influencers to create impactful content when necessaryAbout You:Proven experience in social content creation, within restaurants, food or hospitality.
