Location: Cawang, East JakartaType: Internship (Paid, 6 Months)Start: Immediate placementAbout The RoleAs a Content Creator Intern at OTCA, you’ll be fully involved in the end-to-end content creation process. From brainstorming ideas, executing shoots, acting as talent, to editing and publishing the final output. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring educational and engaging stories to life through digital platforms.What You'll Do:Develop creative content ideas for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Act as on-screen talent or assist in shooting sessions.Execute video production, including filming, directing, and editing.Perform video and visual editing to finalize content before publishing.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand direction.Track and analyze content performance, providing improvement ideas.Who We Are Looking For: Fresh graduate from any major.Passionate about digital storytelling and content production.Skilled in basic editing tools (CapCut / VN / Canva; Adobe Premiere is a plus).Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.Willing to work onsite in Cawang, East Jakarta.What You'll Gain: Paid internship with 6-month duration.Real hands-on experience creating impactful content from start to finish.Career development pathway for outstanding interns.Internship certificate & recommendation letter.Supportive, fun, and growth-oriented creative environment.
