Position OverviewThe Content Creator plays a vital role in developing creative, engaging, and impactful content that strengthens the company’s online presence across multiple digital platforms. This role involves crafting compelling stories, managing social media content, and supporting marketing campaigns with innovative ideas. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong writing skills in both English and Mandarin, passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and brand communication.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy Plan, write, and publish engaging content — including text, images, videos, reels, and blogs — that aligns with brand identity and campaign goals. Ensure all content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for audience engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns, promotions, and events.Social Media Management Assist in managing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other platforms. Monitor audience engagement, track performance, and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels. Respond to comments and inbox messages promptly and professionally to build stronger community relationships.Research & Insights Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and impactful. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize content strategies.Website & SEO Support Assist with website content updates, SEO optimization, and Google article postings to enhance online visibility and search performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, events, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with business objectives and campaign needs.Qualifications & Experience 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences. Proven ability to create engaging, original content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and TikTok. Skilled in copywriting, storytelling, and creative writing, with a strong sense of brand voice and audience engagement. Familiar with social media marketing principles and current content trends. Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.
