Our team comes from places like WIRED, Vogue, and Mini Katana (18M+ subs)—with a track record of generating over 110 billion views across platforms.About The OpportunityWe’re looking for an outgoing, on-camera content creator to help lead an ongoing series of retail-first, stranger-interaction formats for our wellness client, NATPAT.You’ll be the face of a short-form series that brings NATPAT’s playful wellness stickers into the real world, sparking fun conversations with shoppers, and capturing those authentic reactions on camera. The goal: turn everyday interactions into short-form content that feels funny, surprising, and shareable across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.You’ll also get hands-on guidance from Snowball’s team, who’ve scaled YouTube channels to 27M+ subscribers and 10B+ views. This role offers both creative freedom and world-class mentorship.What You’ll DoCreate ongoing batches of short-form videos (10 videos to start (:30 - :60 seconds))Stage and perform in retail-first formats that highlight NATPAT’s productsEngage strangers in public settings with playful, unscripted conversations; recruit talent to appear on-screen as neededDeliver simple brand talking points with humor and authenticityPartner with Snowball’s creative team to capture and refine proven formatsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who:Has experience creating short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)Strong editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut etcIs confident and charismatic on camera, with a natural, engaging styleLoves talking to strangers and thrives in unscripted, man-on-the-street momentsBrings a background in improv, theatre, or comedy (bonus)Balances humor with brand messaging while staying authenticWorks efficiently on a recurring production scheduleReady to Apply?Please include:✅ A link to your portfolio or social handles✅ Any relevant on-camera or brand workNote: Finalists will be asked to submit a short creative video (paid) as part of the interview process.
