Natural Farm are on the lookout for Content Creator Tiktok to join our team! 🌟Responsibilities:-⁠ ⁠Create engaging and high-quality content for TikTok video ads that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience- Proficient in using TikTok's features, including effects, filters, transitions, and editing tools to create visually appealing content- Evaluate the performance of content created and account growth (likes, followers, comments)- Identify and implement the latest social media trends to attract views, engage the audience, and support sales goals- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to measure, review, and report on marketing activities and results- Create schedules and reports for social mediaRequirements:- 1 or more years of social media experience, especially in Instagram and TikTok- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends- Proven experience in creating engaging TikTok content with results like FYP features and high numbers of likes and followers- Social media savvy (understand and utilize social media effectively)- Required soft skills: time management, content writing, communication (verbal and written) skills- Good communication and analytical skills- Critical thinker with a problem-solving attitude- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Fluent in English (preferred)- Experience running ads (a plus)Note:This position required to Work From Office at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta BaratIf you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us, kindly send your CV and portfolio to webcom.mgr@naturalfarm.id.
