Our creative team in Switzerland collaborates with global brands such as Sony, Universal Studios, Disney, and Fox Studios.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Content Creator / UGC Content Creator & Viral Hooks Specialist who can create engaging, high-quality, and trend-driven content for our in-house projects and client campaigns. The ideal candidate must understand camera handling, lighting, and art direction, with basic editing skills to guide the editing team. You will be working closely with our marketing, SEO, media buying, and social media management teams to produce impactful content.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, record, and produce 1–2 daily onsite videos (corporate, lifestyle, UGC, and IT/tech marketing content).Conceptualize and execute viral hooks and trend-driven strategies to boost reach and engagement.Provide direction to video editors for final cut delivery (editing handled by in-house team).Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and ad teams to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals.Work on internal Snow Dream Studios projects as well as client-based requirements.Attend and contribute to client meetings when content direction or creative input is required.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content with brand consistency.Manage Influencer Onboarding & Collaborations, Profile CheckupsKeep up with social media trends, platforms, and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).RequirementsProven experience as a Content Creator / UGC Creator / Viral Content Specialist.Strong knowledge of camera controls, lighting setups, and composition techniques.Good grip on art direction and storytelling for digital marketing.Basic editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut) – ability to guide editors.Experience in corporate, IT, or marketing agency environments preferred.Trend follower with ability to adapt content for viral potential.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Making, Graphics/Design, or related fields preferred.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary package (based on expertise & open to discussion)Annual LeavesPaid LeavesProvident FundCash EncasementsExposure to international creative direction from our Swiss office teamHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV/portfolio to: 📧 hr@snowdreamstudios.com 📞 0349-3121428 🌐 snowdreamstudios.ch
