You will create, design, film, edit, publish, and distribute content that shapes the national conversation about kids, phones, digital wellbeing and modern parenting. You’ll play a pivotal role in launching Voop for Parents and Voop for Schools, making content that cuts through and drives real reach.This role is perfect for an early-career creator with real evidence of impact - someone who has built a large following, grown channels, or created a standout content series and wants to put that skill behind a major mission.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Voop’s content and social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and long-form channels.Create high-impact content yourself - video, design, scripts, motion, posts, short-form series.Grow large organic followings, shaping a community of parents, teachers, safeguarding professionals and young people.Develop Voop’s voice: positive, empowering, honest, research-backed, and family-first.Turn complex topics (digital wellbeing, AI, behaviour change, policy, safeguarding) into simple, relatable, actionable content.Build an always-on content engine aligned with product launches, press cycles and national conversations.Lead design across campaigns, social, landing pages, decks and visual identity.Experiment relentlessly: new formats, stunts, collaborations, creator partnerships, rapid-fire ideas.Work closely with founders, PR and product teams to amplify reach and shape the narrative.Use analytics to test, learn and improve what resonates.About YouYou’ve built something real: a successful TikTok/Instagram account, a YouTube channel, a content brand, a community, or a viral series.Strong skills in video creation and editing (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).Design instinct: social design, branding, visual storytelling, thumbnails, motion graphics (nice to have).Mission-driven: you genuinely care about helping families and young people build healthier digital lives.A creator mindset: fast, resourceful, independent, able to craft content daily.Ability to simplify complex ideas into accessible, human content.Comfortable behind or in front of the camera.High ambition: wants to build a category-defining brand and movement.
