Content CreationDevelop and execute engaging content for Xpress social media channels by taking on roles such as host, reporter, and interviewer.Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media trends to enhance driver and passenger engagement.Create compelling visual, audio, and video content across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.Assist the Marketing and PR teams in meeting future partners and collaborators for content opportunities.Ideate and develop innovative content formats to drive buzz and awareness.Editing SkillsPossess basic editing skills using TikTok and Reel tools to produce high-quality, visually appealing videos.Content Calendar ManagementCurate and maintain a strategic, organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.Trend AwarenessStay current on the latest social media trends and apply relevant ones to brand content.Monitor industry leaders, influencers, and competitors to adapt best practices and ideas.Regularly explore trending hashtags, sounds, and viral formats to incorporate into content creation.Competitor MonitoringKeep a close eye on content and campaigns of competitors and recommend opportunities for improvement and differentiation.Engagement MonitoringTrack and analyze key engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.) to evaluate content performance.Use insights to make data-driven adjustments to improve future content strategies.CopywritingWrite witty, creative, and audience-aligned captions and short-form content that reflect the brand’s voice and tone.Production EquipmentSet up and handle basic production equipment for content shoots.Ensure the safekeeping and proper use of all equipment.File ManagementOrganize, store, and maintain all content files, ensuring easy access and proper archiving for future use.Additional Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with third-party agencies to ensure all deliverables are met on a monthly basis.Lead the creation and submission of monthly post-mortem reports and performance updates.Implement and manage performance marketing strategies with a strong focus on optimizing ad spend, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and improving audience engagement.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve budget utilization and increase campaign effectiveness.Collaborate closely with PR teams to provide timely and appropriate responses to special comments and issues on social media, on a case-by-case basis.Ensure consistent month-on-month growth in social media engagement and follower count across all platforms.Strategically engage Xpress drivers and passengers through targeted and meaningful content across all social media channels.Develop and execute content strategies that drive high traction, brand loyalty, and community interaction.QUALIFICATIONSProven experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms.Strong editing skills using native social media tools or basic editing apps/software.Deep knowledge of social media trends, formats, and platform-specific strategies.Experience managing content calendars and scheduling tools.Analytical skills in monitoring and interpreting social media insights.Strong creative writing and captioning skills.Familiarity with basic video and audio production equipment.Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing files and content assets.Graduate of a Communications-related course (Broadcast Communication, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or similar).
