Content Curator and Clip Sourcer (Fully Remote)

Voe Media is a fast-growing social media agency that creates viral short-form content for top entrepreneurs and personal brands.We’re looking for a Content Curator & Clip Sourcer to join our remote team.Your job is to watch raw video footage from our clients and find the most engaging clips that should be turned into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).You’ll help identify the moments that stop people from scrolling - great hooks, stories, insights, and emotional beats - and organize them for our editors.Responsibilities:Watch long-form footage (podcasts, interviews, talks, etc.).Select and timestamp the most engaging clips.Identify strong hooks and emotional or viral moments.Organize and label clips for editors using Google Drive / Asana.Write short notes explaining why each clip works.Communicate closely with the Account Manager and editing team.Requirements:Excellent English comprehension (C1+).Sharp sense of storytelling and attention to detail.Passion for short-form content, social media, and viral video trends.Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.Bonus: experience in editing, content marketing, or media production.Details:Remote (Eastern Europe preferred: Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Poland, etc.)Full-time (or 30+ hrs/week)Pay range: $800–$1,900/month depending on experience.Reports to: Account ManagerTo Apply:Send:A short message on why you’re a good fit.Any examples of content you’ve worked on (optional).Optional: a quick Loom or video intro telling us your favorite kind of content and why.
