Responsibilities include:Content Design & Packaging: Take written materials (workbooks, playbooks, guides, posts) and create professional, branded designs using Canva or similar tools.Social Media Management: Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring optimization for algorithms, reach, and engagement.Content Repurposing: Transform long-form content (podcasts, guides, newsletters) into multiple formats (social posts, reels, carousels, quote graphics).Video Editing: Create short-form clips (Reels, Shorts) using CapCut or similar tools.Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity across all platforms and deliverables.Inbox & Calendar Management: Monitor email, flag important items, draft responses, and manage scheduling to keep priorities organized.Optional Support: Light email/newsletter formatting (Substack, GMass), podcast outreach, and CRM updates.Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:Canva (or similar) for content and asset designVideo editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)Social media scheduling & management (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)Knowledge of algorithms, posting strategies, and engagement best practicesCopyediting and caption writing for social postsStrong eye for design, layout, and detailTech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, ZoomInbox and calendar managementDependability, proactivity, and professionalismNice-to-Have:Experience with Substack, GMass, or other newsletter toolsPodcast pitching or PR outreach experienceBasic CRM/spreadsheet management for tracking leads and engagementFamiliarity with WordPress for light website updatesLanguage Requirement: High-level English proficiencyOur ValuesImpact: Every task supports leaders and entrepreneurs in achieving real transformation.Elevation: Growth is expected—for the business and for the people behind it.Adventure: Creativity, curiosity, and adaptability are essential in building something meaningful.👉 This is a part-time, remote opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.
