It provides innovative solutions in internet, mobile, and television communications, catering to both residential and business customersAbout the Role: In this role, you’ll design conversational flows, agentic AI behaviors, and human‑AI collaboration patterns that feel intuitive, empathetic, and intelligent.🔧 What You’ll DoDesign and optimize conversational flows for chatbots, voice assistants, and multimodal interfacesBuild and maintain conversation design systems, templates, and dialogue patternsDevelop personality frameworks, tone of voice standards, and assistant personasConduct user research and usability testing for conversational interfacesDefine agentic AI flows where automation detects intent, collaborates with humans, and resolves issues proactivelyCo-create end-to-end journeys with Business, Product, and UX Service DesignersCollaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance natural language understanding and response logicCreate conversation maps, journey documentation, and KPI frameworksPrototype and test interactions to ensure clarity, efficiency, and empathy🎯 What We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience in conversation design, chatbot design, or AI-driven UXSkilled with tools like Voiceflow, Botpress, Dialogflow, or similarExcellent writing and interaction design skills with strong sensitivity to tone and contextAbility to translate complex logic into simple, intuitive user experiencesFoundational UX design expertise (journeys, wireframes, prototyping)Experience in enterprise or large-scale digital products is a plusFamiliarity with AI assistants, NLP/NLU, and human‑AI collaboration modelsA little about us:Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
