Content Designer/ UX Copwriter

Our agency client is looking for a Content Designer / UX Writer to join their team.This will be 12+ months, 40 hours per week, onsite downtown 3-4x per week.What You'll Be DoingCreating and writing deliverables including: wireframes, site maps, onboarding flows, micro-copy, content strategies, user journeys, interviews, surveys etc.You will be working on a team of UX Designers and UX Writers.Planning, creating, and managing content to ensure it is clear, engaging, and valuable for its target audience.Creating content strategies that focus on the digital product by using design thinking.Designing and delivering product flows, new features, in-product language, content frameworks, navigation, product naming and more.Skills Required3-8 years of experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer.Portfolio of samples to showcase, ie case studies.Ability to work onsite 3-4 per week downtown.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
