In this role, you’ll be able to make your mark and take full ownership of global content creation.What You’ll DoAs a Content Manager, you will be a key contributor to the creation of all marketing material supporting our products and services as well as all campaigns and initiatives across multiple digital channels. You will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders in the Global Marketing Team acting as a lead, collaborator and liaison. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction and creating impactful content that stands out in a regulated environment, helping to drive our overall content strategy forward.Your ResponsibilitiesThrough collaboration and expertise in content creation, lead the development of all written content to support all product and service campaigns and initiatives, marketing collaterals, clinical content, always-on content, and general marketing material.Partner with our MarCom Director and Digital Customer Experience Team to own and develop best in-practice content creation that enhances SEO/GEO/AIO performance - maximizing our reach and efficacy to drive lead generation.Develop expertise in content creation and development using the in-house AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.Step-in as a contributor to the overall marketing process in the creation of all marketing material supporting the marketing managers and MarCom Director.Act as a liaison between Brand and MarCom to ensure consistency in the Arjo Tone of Voice.We Are Looking For Someone Who HasA bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, marketing, or a related field.At least 8+ years of documented experience in developing and owning content creation and content strategy development and implementation.Excellent editorial, writing, and proofreading skills in English.Experience working in an agile environment, with strong project management skills, as well as the courage to challenge traditional approaches.Expertise in optimizing content creation with a digital first approach, with demonstrated success in driving MQLs.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can easily manage multiple projects simultaneously and make quick decisions.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.A proactive solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.A keen interest in staying ahead of the AI revolution in search by using new tools and formats to adapt content to AI-driven search results.Flexibility to contribute beyond your immediate scope, supporting broader marketing goals and stepping into Marketing Management tasks when needed.Ideally, a native-level proficiency in English.Why Join Us?At Arjo, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven company with a strong brand and a global presence.
