We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and execute content projects from concept to completion across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving measurable business impact through content.You will own the full lifecycle of content initiatives—planning, creation, editing, and publishing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content is creative, original, and aligned with brand and business goals. Approximately 75% of your time will be spent on hands-on content creation and strategy; the remainder will focus on leading projects, participating in activation strategy, and performance optimization. You will work alongside copywriters to execute projects, too, but the role requires the ability to execute from start to finish, including copywriting. Our team uses AI tools and leverages them across our workflows. This is not a people leadership role at this time, but it has potential to become one at some stage. What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end content projects for blog posts, web content, downloadable content, webinars, surveys, thought leadership, and other channels as part of larger campaigns.Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion for Insight Global, a professional services and staffing company.Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content tailored to target audiences and funnel stages.Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximize organic reach and visibility for traditional SERPs, answer engines, and generative search.Analyze content performance using digital analytics tools; report insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage editorial calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of projects.Support the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, including surveys and industry insights.Ensure brand consistency, voice, and messaging across all content formats.Stay current on digital marketing trends, content formats, and emerging trends, search shifts, and new platforms.YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED3–5+ years of experience in content creation, content management, and digital marketing.Proven track record of owning and delivering content projects across multiple channels.High level of comfort working with AI tools and generative search optimization strategyExperience working with director-level, VP-level, and C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.Experience with SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, SEMrush, Moz) and content management systems (WordPress preferred).Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including email, social media, and webinar promotion.Analytical mindset; comfortable using GA4, GSC, HubSpot, Looker Studio, or similar tools to measure and optimize content performance.Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.Portfolio of professional writing samples and examples of content projects managed.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONYou are a proactive, creative content champion with attention to detail.You excel at balancing hands-on creation with strategic oversight and project management.This role will work with our social media team, but its core function is not producing content for social media.You are a natural storyteller and self-editor, with impeccable grammar and spelling.You are comfortable with flexible priorities on a quarter-to-quarter basis.You provide consistent, professional communication to leadership and teams.The role is in-office four days per week.Please provide 2–3 professional writing samples and a link to your portfolio when applying
