About the role:
We are looking for a Content Manager to join our newly formed KIDS YouTube team on a temporary, project-based contract (approximately 6 months), covering maternity leave. The role focuses on managing and optimizing children’s entertainment content on YouTube, with the goal of growing our audience and maximizing engagement. Responsibilities: Manage YouTube channel content in an efficient and effective manner. Monitor and report on content performance, providing suggestions for continuous improvement. Develop and test new strategies to increase audience engagement. Share content across social platforms to ensure maximum exposure. Write effective video and playlist descriptions optimized for SEO.
Publish videos according to the set schedule. Manage monetization operations in line with the Head of Division’s guidelines. Coordinate cross-promotions in line with the Head of Division’s briefs. Assign tasks to designers (thumbnails, channel design). Periodically update video and channel metadata. Track experiments, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications: High sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical mindset. Passion for online video content. Experience managing a YouTube channel, website, or other social media platforms. Professional-level English.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Bonus skills: YouTube Certification in Content Management. Experience creating analytical reports and presentations. Video editing skills. Active presence on social media (blog, YouTube channel, Facebook page, Twitter, etc. ) with a significant following.
