We are looking for aContent MarketeerFull time | AmersfoortWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketeer to join our Central European Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between global content strategy and local market execution, ensuring our brand voice resonates across all European channels and consumer touchpoints.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, product, retention, and online marketing, as well as local market teams, to adapt, manage, and elevate content across the customer journey.What will you do: Content Adaptation & Copy Editing: Refine and tailor global copy for various European channels (e.g., brand, e-commerce, social media, retention, online ads).Copy Creation: Develop ad-hoc English content when needed, aligned with global strategy and local market needs.Translation Coordination: Act as the central liaison between EU teams and local markets to manage translation workflows and ensure timely delivery of localized content.CMS Ownership: Manage content within our CMS, acting as the key contact between e-commerce and country teams.Brand Consistency: Collaborate with local teams to ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across all European markets.What will you bring: Exceptional English writing skills: Strong editing, proofreading, grammar, and storytelling abilities across short-form and long-form content.Content Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of content strategy, consumer journey mapping, and brand storytelling.Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across seniority levels.Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with CMS tools and data to optimize content performance.SEO & AI Awareness: Good grasp of SEO principles and AI tools, with the ability to balance technical needs with brand integrity.Team Player: Agile mindset with a collaborative spirit, ready to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced marketing environment.Benefits:Free lunch at the officeAccess to and discounts on Paula's Choice products25 days of annual leave per year, with the option to purchase additional vacation days8% holiday allowanceWork from-home allowanceUp to 4 weeks per year working abroadCommuting allowanceLearning & Development SupportHybrid working model - combine the flexibility of working from home with the dynamic energy of an office environment.Do you recognize yourself in the above and do you enjoy working in a dynamic and informal work environment?
