This role will be essential in leading their content strategy and ensuring high-quality execution.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead and execute our full content strategy — from email campaigns and blogs to video production and social media. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring brand consistency, audience engagement, and measurable results across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & ManagementOwn and manage the content calendar, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Analyze performance data to refine content strategies and workflows. Email MarketingDraft, format, and deliver weekly marketing emails. Ensure campaigns align with brand voice and strategic objectives. Blog & Website ManagementEdit and format blog posts for clarity, SEO, and audience engagement. Source images and publish fresh, relevant content. Maintain website content quality and accuracy. Video & YouTubeOversee editing and publishing of 2-3 videos per week. Create and publish short-form content to maximize audience reach. Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags for search performance. Social Media ManagementDevelop and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. Source visuals, maintain brand consistency, and foster engagement. Monitor analytics and adapt strategies accordingly. Tools You’ll UseCanva (graphics & visuals) Kartra (website, blog publishing, email marketing) Asana or Notion (content calendars & task management) YouTube Studio & podcast hosting platforms Riverside and other video/audio editing softwareTraits of a Great FitStrategic thinker with strong execution skills.
