Content Moderation (German C2 + English B2)

Key Responsibilities:Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.Qualifications:Languages Required: German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with a €250 Language Bonus paid in 12 installments.€380 Performance Bonus based on performance targets.Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day.Relocation Assistance:From outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare (up to €400 in economy class) after 180 days of employment.From within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to €150) after 180 days.Temporary Accommodation (Outside Portugal): Hotel room for 28 days, depending on the project.Temporary Accommodation (Inside Portugal): Hotel room for 15 days, depending on the project.Transport Allowance: Not provided.
