Our vision relies on people who are curious about this technology and excited to take on this challenge!What You’ll Make Happen Working in a dual capacity across Content Moderation and Customer Care, covering all the below responsibilitiesReviewing fan activity on official US TV network social accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and moreRecommending any actions needed on user’s comments and messages, in accordance with our client’s moderation guidelinesFully immersing yourself in all aspects of each TV show, e.g. show announcements, social accounts, fan cultureAnalysing fan sentiment for client reportsModerating fan-written movie reviews on a high-traffic appResponding to queries and providing technical support to users of both a high-traffic app and a subscription-based service in a timely mannerMonitoring and replying to app store reviews for high-traffic appsReviewing entries to various sweepstake competitionsAppropriately communicating any issues or queries with the client social media strategyYour Expertise High level of attention to detailExperience using various social media platformsExcellent understanding of grammar, punctuation and written English in generalResilience when faced with negativity onlineExperience with content management systemsStrong work-ethic and self-motivationAbility to work well within a team and balance a shared task loadA friendly and enthusiastic demeanourA love of TV showsWhat It’s Like to Work Here Cutting-Edge Tools & Tech Work with the latest hardware and software—Windows or Mac—so you're always set up to succeed.Ideas Welcome, Always We don’t just say we’re open to ideas—we act on them.
