We are now looking for aCONTENT OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST to join our newly established Digital Commerce unit, which is at the heart of delivering our Omnichannel Customer Experience. In this role you will be responsible for building our scalable content production capabilities and producing digitally optimized content that drives conversion, engagement, performance and discoverability across all Digital Commerce channels in our three markets.You can be located in either Finland, Latvia or Estonia. We work in a hybrid model so appr. 50% of the week you will be based at our department store.Where is your expertise needed?As a Content Optimization Specialist, you will ensure that all content is commercially effective, SEO & AI optimized and scalable, leveraging AI tools to deliver high-quality assets at speed. You are the key to ensure Stockmann Tone of Voice is present in all content.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Build and drive our scalable content production capabilities across teamsProduce and optimize banners, images, video, animations, and copy for digital commerce channelsTranslate campaign briefs into digitally commercial content that balances brand integrity with conversion goalsTogether with other teams you create content for key commercial moments, bestsellers, and launchesRun A/B and multivariate testing on creative assets to measure performance impactTrack content performance and provide actionable insights for future optimizationDevelop modular templates for banners, emails, and social assets to enable speed and consistencyYou are innovative and you continuously stay up-to-date on content performance trends (shoppable video, TikTok-style storytelling, AI search optimization). You benchmark our competitors and introduce new formats and tools that can enhance customer inspiration and engagement.What are we looking for?To be able to succeed in this role we see you need to have minimum 3 years’ experience in digital content production (retail, eCommerce or media agency).You have a proven track record of creating measurable commercial growth across digital platforms through content optimization and you have strong design and copywriting skills.We also value:Commercial mindset and sharpness - timing, campaigns, product appeal & trendsProficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Google GenMedia Creative Studio, MidJourney, Firefly, Jasper, Runway) and ability to integrate them into workflowsUnderstanding of SEO basics and ability to write and optimize for search intent and AI discoverabilityExperience with A/B testing and data-driven content optimizationStrong project management skills combined with ability to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneouslyYou communicate fluently in English (written and spoken) and in one of our local languages. You have a great deal of stakeholders that you need to be able to effectively communicate with so excellent collaborating / team working skills are naturally a must have.
