Content Producer

Role Overview The Content Producer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, producing, and managing a YouTube show. You’ll bring together storytelling, production, and strategy to create compelling video content that informs, inspires, and engages our audience. This is a hands-on creative role that involves managing the full production cycle from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the YouTube show concept aligned with Eventcombo’s brand and marketing goals. Create episode outlines, scripts, and storyboards in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Oversee all aspects of video production including planning, shooting, and post-production. Manage logistics for shoots scheduling, set design (if required), and coordination with internal/external talent. Edit and produce high-quality video content optimized for YouTube. Manage YouTube channel publishing, including titles, thumbnails, SEO tags, and descriptions. Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics to guide future improvements. Stay current with YouTube trends, content formats, and platform best practices. Collaborate with design, marketing, and social media teams to promote episodes across channels. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in video production, digital content creation, or YouTube channel management. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on YouTube shows, podcasts, or brand content. Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Basic knowledge of sound, lighting, and motion graphics. Understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics. Exceptional storytelling, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in producing interview-based or industry-focused video series. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience engagement. Familiarity with event industry trends is a plus.
