Content Lead (Video + Graphics) Location: Islamabad (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 3 - 5 years in video editing + graphic design (content-first brands)Reports to: Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Content Lead who can plan, produce, and ship high-impact content across video and design. You’ll own our content calendar end-to-end storyboarding, editing, motion graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and brand visuals while guiding a small in-house/freelance team to deliver fast, on-brand assets.What You’ll Do • Content Ownership: Build and run the weekly/monthly content calendar (Reels/Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Meta). • Video Production: Edit short & long-form videos (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), add sound design, color grade, captions, and motion graphics. • Design & Branding: Create social graphics, carousels, banners, thumbnails, sales creatives, and ad variants that convert. • Creative Direction: Write hooks, shot lists, and storyboards; guide shoots with marketing & product teams. • Motion Graphics: Produce intros/outros, lower-thirds, dynamic text, transitions, logo stings. • Optimization: Tailor content to platform best practices; run A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, and first 3 seconds. • Team Leadership: Brief, review, and QA work from designers/editors/freelancers; maintain brand guides & asset libraries. • Performance: Track KPIs (view duration, retention, CTR, engagement rate, on-time delivery) and iterate quickly. • Collaboration: Partner with Growth/Ads on performance creatives for campaigns, promos, and product launches. • File Hygiene: Manage project files, templates, presets, and versioning for speed and reuse.Must-Have Skills • Adobe Suite (expert): Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (Lightroom/Audition a plus). • Camera know-how (framing, lighting, audio). • Strong video editing fundamentals: pacing, rhythm, narrative, b-roll, transitions, captions. • Design craft: layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and brand consistency. • Motion basics: kinetic type, simple animations, masking, tracking. • Social fluency: TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts/LinkedIn best practices, trend spotting, content hooks. • Portfolio: Reel + design portfolio showing shipped social work (before/after or case studies preferred). • Excellent written/spoken English; Urdu/Roman Urdu copy sense is a plus.Nice to Have • Figma/Canva for quick iterations and collaboration. • Performance marketing exposure (ad creatives, static/video variants, thumbnails). • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., CapCut plugins, Runway, Descript) for speed. • Experience in B2C brands, e-commerce, or BPO/service brands.KPIs You’ll Own • Content velocity (assets/week) & on-time delivery • Avg. view duration & retention on short-form • CTR on thumbnails/cover frames & engagement rateWhat We Offer • Market-competitive salary (PKR – based on experience) + In house meal • Paid leave • Learning stipend (courses/plugins/presets) • High-ownership role with fast growthHow to ApplyEmail: hr@organicles.pk with: 1.
