Position Overview:The Product Content Manager/Supervisor will play a key role in bridging product knowledge with impactful marketing communication. This position is responsible for translating complex skincare product ingredients and technologies into compelling, consumer-friendly stories. The role collaborates closely with the Training Team and Visual Merchandising (VM) Team to strengthen offline marketing quality, enhance brand storytelling, and ensure consistent product messaging across all consumer touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Translate skincare product ingredients, benefits, and technologies into clear, emotionally engaging, and persuasive consumer messages.Create compelling sales narratives and product storytelling for BA training materials, POSM, and campaign content.Collaborate with designers and brand teams to ensure visual and verbal communication alignment.Simplify scientific product information into relatable and impactful selling points for customers and sales teams.Develop product education decks, training tools, and product launch materials to support the training team.Conduct competitor analysis to identify communication gaps and new storytelling opportunities.Support offline marketing initiatives by ensuring strong product messaging consistency in store displays and events.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all product claims and communication align with brand tone, local regulation, and consumer insights.Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing communication, product marketing, or content creation (preferably in the beauty/skincare industry).Experience collaborating with training, creative, and VM teams is a strong plus.Background in skincare product knowledge or cosmetic formulation understanding is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies:Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.Ability to translate technical product features into emotional consumer benefits.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with strong brand and aesthetic sense.
