The other 5% will be collaborating with our media team during shoots and productions to ensure our message lands with impact.You’ll own the content calendar, align growth targets with content strategy, and use data to constantly refine and elevate our storytelling.🔍 What You'll DoContent Strategy & CreationLead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all contentEnsure every piece of content aligns with growth and engagement goalsWrite, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impactReporting & AnalyticsTrack performance across social, newsletters, and campaignsUse insights to refine content direction weeklyReport follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROIProduction & CollaborationSupport during shoots (with our media team owning production)Ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projectsCollaborate on event-related content and highlight campaignsOptimization & GrowthTest and experiment with formats, messaging, and platformsIdentify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversionAlign content strategy with long-term follower and community growth🧠 What You BringRequired:Strong creative and storytelling skills (writing, scripting, ideas)Comfort with reporting, analytics, and data-driven iterationHighly organized, able to manage content calendars and deadlinesCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyPassion for women’s empowerment and building communityPreferred:Copywriting that connects and convertsVideo editing skills (short-form, recaps, social-ready)Full-stack marketing skills (email, paid, funnels)Experience in events or community-driven brands💡 You're a Great Fit If You…Love combining creativity with analyticsThrive in fast-paced, startup-like environmentsAre detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big pictureGet energy from empowering women and telling meaningful storiesSee content as a driver of real growth, not just “likes”🌄 Why Kelowna?
