As one of Greece’s leading VoIP providers, modulus enables businesses across industries to transition to modern, cost-effective communication solution that support remote work and digital agility.We are currently seeking a talented Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team and turn ideas into stories that people want to read, watch, and share across social, web, email and campaigns.Own the planning, creation, and day-to-day management of engaging content across all digital channels to strengthen modulus’ brand presence and drive audience engagement. This role focuses on storytelling, content strategy, social media management and corporate communication, ensuring every asset aligns with our brand guidelines and campaign goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.Write and edit high-quality content for social media, website, email marketing, blog articles and sales enablement materials.Conceptualize campaign ideas and content series (e.g., webinars, vidcasts, thought leadership), ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.Plan, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Track performance, extract insights and recommend optimizations based on platform analytics.Manage community interactions (comments, DMs), nurture conversations and escalate issues when needed.Safeguard consistency in messaging, tone and visuals across all touchpoints (digital & offline).Draft and execute communication for corporate messaging and CSR initiatives (press notes, internal updates, social posts, blogs).Execute and monitor the allocated content/social budget (tools, production, freelancers when applicable).Why join us?We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with experienced colleagues who are eager to support your development.
