This remote-first role blends content creation (writing, editing, structuring) with content migration and implementation for new website builds, so you’ll need to be just as comfortable writing clear, effective content as you are publishing it in a CMS.You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Account Managers, SEO and Paid Media teams to help bring websites to life, ensuring that each piece of content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and SEO-ready.This role is well-suited to someone who brings both creative precision and operational discipline, and someone who takes pride in producing clear, structured content and ensuring every detail is implemented to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite, edit, and structure website content for new builds, migrations, and redesignsFormat, upload, and manage content using CMS platforms (primarily WordPress, BigCommerce, Webflow, etc.)Apply SEO best practices, metadata, internal linking, and accessibility standardsEnsure all content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and UX guidelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content strategy, project management)Assist in content inventories, audits, and content mapping during migrationsPerform QA checks to maintain accuracy, functionality, and visual consistencyUse tools like Google Docs, Teamwork, Jiro, and Slack to track tasks and communicationWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in digital content, editorial, web publishing, or similarStrong writing and editing skills, with an eye for clarity, tone, and structureExperience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, BigCommerce, Webflow, etc.)Highly organised and detail-oriented, who is comfortable juggling content, structure, and deadlinesFamiliarity with basic SEO principles and web accessibilityExcellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zonesBonus points for agency experience or hands-on involvement in website migrations or redesignsThe Perks of Working with UsA collaborative, social, and forward-thinking team culture.Full Apple work-from-home kitExposure to diverse and exciting client projects across multiple industries.Competitive package with a clear career progression pathway.Ongoing learning with a multidisciplinary performance and development teamRemote working to support work-life balance.
