Content Strategist

If you live in the feed, know how to game the algorithm, and can turn trends into frameworks that scale, this role is for you.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂‘𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼• Build always-on social playbooks and manage content calendars across platforms.• Lead optimization efforts — testing hooks, captions, cadence, and formats to win attention.• Translate cultural trends and algorithm shifts into actionable recommendations for clients.• Partner with creatives to write sharp, platform-native briefs that set work up to perform.• Turn reporting insights into strategies and codify learnings into repeatable frameworks.• Collaborate closely with account, creative, and partnerships teams to deliver impact in-feed.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿• 3–6 years of experience in social marketing, with proven results.• Obsession with social platforms, their features, and how algorithms work.• Strong instincts for what makes content hook and hold attention.• Cultural fluency, curiosity, and the ability to act fast.• Excellent writing and communication skills — able to make complex ideas simple.• A team-first mentality, thriving in a pod model.𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀• Type: Full-time, mid-level role reporting to the Strategy Director• Location: Hybrid
