Job Title:Content Strategy & Copy Lead – Social Media (Lucille)Location:Istanbul – Working with a professional, creative in-house team for Lucille Cosmetics & Perfumes.Role Summary:This role is responsible for building and developing Lucille’s content strategy across social media, writing and shaping all brand content in line with our tone of voice, managing models and Turkish content creators, and continuously analyzing performance to improve results and support our marketing goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & DevelopmentDefine content and communication objectives (Awareness / Engagement / Conversion).Identify and segment target audiences (personas & segments).Develop content pillars and main narratives for the brand.Set basic visual and verbal guidelines together with the creative/brand team.Conduct competitor and market analysis within beauty, skincare, and fragrance categories.Planning & PublishingBuild weekly and monthly content calendars for posts, reels, and stories.Coordinate posting times and frequency across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Plan campaign content around promos, seasons, and special events in alignment with the marketing team.Monitor implementation of the content plan and ensure deadlines are met.Copywriting & Content CreationWrite complete copy for social posts (Hook / Body / CTA).Ensure tone of voice matches Lucille’s brand (youthful, emotional, premium, relatable).Optimize headlines, product descriptions, and brand/campaign descriptions.Write short scripts for Reels/TikTok and text for paid ad creatives.Models & Turkish Content Creators ManagementSelect suitable models and creators for each campaign and product focus.Prepare clear and professional briefs (idea, mood, objective, key talking points).Follow up on shooting, delivery, and alignment of content with Lucille’s visual identity.Activate “Collab” posts with the right accounts and coordinate usage rights and durations.Coordinate with the media team regarding final assets (photos, videos, raw material).Visual Direction & Asset SelectionCreate moodboards and styleframes for campaigns and photo/video shoots.Suggest visual ideas and setups suitable for each product line (serums, perfumes, diffusers, etc.).Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to keep fonts, colors, and visual details on-brand.Performance Measurement & Monthly ReportingRead and analyze Instagram Insights and other platform analytics.Prepare concise monthly reports highlighting: top-performing content, weak content, and improvement points.Recommend adjustments to the content plan (posting times, formats, angles) based on data.Align with the paid ads team to ensure consistency between organic content and paid messaging.Teamwork & CollaborationWork daily with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to keep messages aligned.Contribute to brainstorming sessions for big campaigns (new product launches, events, exhibitions).Share insights and recurring audience questions with the team to improve both content and products.Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience in social media content and content strategy (beauty/personal care experience is a plus).Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken and written), with strong copywriting skills in at least one of them (preferably Turkish for social media content). Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver on tight deadlines.Highly creative mindset with strong visual sense and storytelling skills.Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially Instagram & TikTok).Ability to manage models and content creators professionally and build long-term collaborations.Strong team player, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional creative environment.
