Then this Consumer Marketing Manager position in Continence Care, Global Products, Marketing and Development might be the right fit for you.Make a difference globallyAt our headquarters in Humlebæk, you will join our highly ambitious Continence Care Marketing team, which is responsible for setting the global direction for the Continence Care portfolio and bringing our strategy to life across the world.We now have an open position in our team to drive consumer marketing for our new catheter platform Luja and are therefore looking for an experienced colleague within consumer marketing that will be responsible for driving the marketing communication and initiatives towards people relying on intermittent catheterisation.“Continence Care is our 2nd biggest business area in Coloplast, and we are market leaders globally. You will be leading our consumer communication for Luja on a global scale while being part of a strong and passionate team that is aiming high and that is always helping each-other to deliver best in class marketing, while still having fun on the way, explains Rikke Toft, Senior Marketing Director, Continence Care.”Consumer Marketing Manager positionYou will be responsible for driving the growth of our Luja catheter platform which has solutions for male and female users. Together with your colleagues you will set the global direction for Luja and drive successful marketing initiatives both for solutions currently on the market as well as ensuring successful launches going forward. You will be the overall lead on our consumer initiatives of our flagship brand, and you will be closely working together with our Digital Marketing Team.Acting at a global level, you will have a high level of interaction both with our local subsidiaries, across the headquarter teams as well as with external marketing agencies. You will furthermore be part of the broader Global Product, Marketing & Development team, where you will experience lots of collaboration.More specifically, you will Set the strategic direction and be responsible for driving the growth of Luja towards the consumers Develop and lead best in class consumer marketing campaigns and growth initiatives for Luja in close collaboration with markets and HQ colleagues Prepare and execute new launches within the platform to ensure commercial impact Set the direction on how to interact with ambassadors and influencers in Continence Care Act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, between our departments in headquarters as well as with our agencies Track campaign and launch effectiveness and secure continuous improvement of activitiesExperienced And Passionate Marketing ProfessionalWith your excellent consumer communication skills, your digital savviness and your broad marketing experience, you know how to turn a marketing strategy into delivering the right content to the right people at the right time. You are furthermore mastering the art of multicultural and cross-functional collaboration, and you preferably already know how to navigate in a global setting dealing with lots of stakeholders. AI experience will furthermore be an advantage.Also, as you will be managing a wide variety of processes concurrently, it is vital that you have a pragmatic, positive, creative mindset and both a strategic and operational focus. Likewise, you will need to bring into play your solid business acumen, allowing you to identify and act upon growth potential. Furthermore, you bring A master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or similar Strong experience within consumer marketing and brand management, preferably from the medical industry, FMCG or from an advertising agency Proven experience with digital consumer marketing, a strong creative mindset combined with both on- and offline marketing experience Experience with managing budgets and working with forecasts and sales analyses Flexibility to travel to subsidiaries and customers approx. 15-20 days annually Fluency in English is a must, both orally and in written.
