Join us, and let's continue to grow together!Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contingent Workforce Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for client programs. This is a new, entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about the contingent workforce space and grow within a global organization. You will help ensure the delivery of high-touch, responsive service that meets the unique needs of our client. To support client and supplier communications across the APAC region, proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.Responsibilities that matter:Support the coordination of job requisitions and related activities in the Vendor Management System (VMS).Collaborate with internal stakeholders daily, addressing immediate workforce needs and ensuring alignment with the program processes and workflows.Maintain accurate system records and ensure timely data entry across various stages of the contingent labor process.Communicate with suppliers to support documentation requests, confirm process steps, and resolve basic operational questions.Assist with program reporting and status tracking as needed.Work with internal global teams and supplier partners to follow established workflows and provide general administrative support for day-to-day program needs.Contribute to the delivery of high-touch service by ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism in all client-related tasks.Ensure compliance with documented processes and client-specific requirements.What it takes to catch our eye:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a corporate or administrative support role (internship experience will also be considered).Excellent use with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data entry/reporting tools.Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to support client and supplier communications across the APAC region.Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.A customer-focused mindset and desire to deliver excellent service.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:The ideal candidate for this position is an early-career professional based in Singapore with strong administrative or operations support experience. They are bilingual in English and Chinese, comfortable working in a client-facing environment, and eager to grow their skills in contingent workforce operations. The candidate is highly detail-oriented, responsive to client and vendor requests, and has a service mindset. Exposure to a Vendor Management System (VMS) or experience supporting HR, staffing, or procurement operations is a plus, but not required.They should also be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with a global team across time zones, including interaction with EverHive’s program leaders and management team.
